Best Attachments

One of the best SMGs to have in your back pocket for Warzone is undoubtedly the WSP Swarm, its incredible fire rate and high damage chew out both rounds and players in mere moments. It’s a weapon that has been dominating for a while and still promises to gun every opponent in CQC in Season 2.

With a few choice attachments, we can bring this unruly SMG under heel and make it a truly outstanding weapon.

The best attachments are as follows:

  • Muzzle: JAK BFB
  • Barrel: WSP Reckless-90 Long Barrel
  • Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
  • Magazine: 100 Round Drum
  • Stock: FSS Fortress Heavy Stock

Thanks to the addition of the JAK BFB in Season 1, we can almost entirely neutralize recoil on any gun with this one muzzle attachment. Offering a staggering 55% gun kick reduction and 20%/35% horizontal/vertical recoil reduction. All for the price of ADS speed and bullet velocity.

The WSP Reckless-90 Long Barrel immediately mitigates the loss of bullet velocity by offering more than what was lost and a nice buff to stability and control.

We pair the Bruen Heavy Support Grip with the FSS Fortress Heavy Stock for the ultimate reduction in recoil, maximum stability, and control.

Finally, the 100-Round Drum is a must-have in Warzone to chew through an entire enemy squad with room to decimate anyone else left standing.

Best Perks

Warzone does not follow MW3 with its perk changes and instead commits to using the old one that we all know and are familiar with. There are a few new additions here and there that promise to add some spice to the formula or redefine the META entirely.

The best perks are as follows:

  • Perk 1: Sleight of Hand
  • Perk 2: Double Time
  • Perk 3: Resupply
  • Perk 4: High Alert

The classic Sleight of Hand and Double Time pairing shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who wants quick rotations across long sightlines and fast reloads in Warzone. This duo is all about increasing your mobility and reducing the time you are unable to fight back. Resupply is an end-game-type perk, it periodically supplies us with tactical and lethal equipment, ensuring we always have smokes or grenades handy.

High Alert is an unsung hero in the new Warzone, with so many open sightlines and places for enemy operators to hide, you can be surprised how many eyes are on you at any given moment. This perk not only gives you information, it saves your life, and that’s good enough for me.

Best WSP Swarm Attachments

The WSP Swarm is an aptly named weapon, as when you equip this beast you’ll find yourself swarming your enemies with a mist of bullets. Since its inception at the start of MW3 the WSP Swarm has dominated the META and continues to do so moving into Season 2.

Its high recoil and low accuracy are generally combatted by the weapon itself; spewing out wave after wave of bullet fire to overwhelm and swarm the enemy. Still by utilizing a few attachments in the gunsmith we can tame this unruly SMG.

The best attachments are as follows:

  • Barrel: WSP Optac Long Barrel
  • Underbarrel: DR-6 Handstop
  • Magazine: 50 Round Drum
  • Optic: Slate Reflector
  • Stock: FSS Fortress Heavy Stock

To give the WSP Swarm some control we first have to utilize the recoil and gun kick reducing WSP Optac Long Barrel. It’s our first, but not our last, improvement to control to keep the unruly WSP Swarm under control.

We pair our barrel with the FSS Fortress Heavy Stock for further recoil reduction and overall stability so our shots aren’t dancing around our opponents.

The DR-6 Handstop is the perfect mobility improvement, offering superior speed to ghost through the maps and out-rotate enemy players. The underbarrel attachment gives ADS speed and aim walking speeds for fast engagements.

Finally, we have the 50 Round Drum for our magazine and the Slate reflector for a clean optic to hit your shots through.

Best WSP Swarm Perks

The WSP Swarm is a fast-paced mobile SMG, so we want our Perks to reflect that by increasing mobility wherever possible.

The best Perks are as follows:

  • Vest: Infantry Vest
  • Gloves: Scavenger Gloves
  • Boots: Covert Sneakers
  • Gear: EOD Padding

The Infantry Vest is a must have for any mobile class, offering speedy rotations throughout any map. SMGs are well known for chewing through untold amounts of ammunition as you’re constantly assaulting enemy players with bursts of bullets. Thanks to the prized Scavenger Gloves, we can keep the ammo train chugging without issue. Combat Sneakers, meanwhile, remove the footstep audio (Dead Silence), allowing you to catch enemies off-guard as you full sprint your way into their spawn.

To top it all off, we have EOD padding that will keep you safe from stray frag grenades or the firepower of killstreaks that threaten to end your streak randomly.

And there you have it. That’s the best WSP Swarm loadout in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. Be sure to stick with us at Twinfinite as we continue to cover all the latest developments surrounding the Call of Duty franchise.
